Today, we are searching for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team to increase Visionarity’s presence in the DACH region and take a role in the growth of the company’s sales.

Key responsibilities (70% sales oriented / 30% Project Management)

  • Ability to create, implement and execute retention and upsell
  • Manage all changes to the project baselines for scope, budget, schedule, quality and cost and evaluate the impact of that change on the
  • Ability to establish and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders, at local and international level, to develop sales.
  • Perform Project risk management as an important aspect of project management to minimise risks.
  • Create Visionarity’s customer journey map
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

 Main job objectives

 Desired Skills and Experience

  • Desirable more than 8 years’ experience in sales or project management activities
  • Personality treats that secure the build-up of commitment and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High personal drive, independent work style, result oriented and with good adaptation to a change environment.
  • Sound customer relationship management (CRM) knowledge
  • German native and English fluent are mandatories
